Before I became a real estate agent, I spent years as the Director of Operation and Technology at California State University, East Bay, where I managed multi-million dollar projects and helped institutions implement customized business processes.
I LOVED every moment of helping others navigate these changes, which is what inspired me to bring that same passion to real estate.
My academic background in Psychology of Interpersonal Communication gives me a unique edge in this field. I’m able to connect with clients on a deeper level, anticipate their needs, and advocate for them with confidence.

A natural born house-hunter, Jennifer began her career in the field of interior design, working with a high-end
Architectural firm in Santa Barbara. Those initial years of design, budgeting and concierge service are the
same tools she continues to utilize in her business today. Customer service is top priority; educating at each
step of the process, which allows her clients to make informed decisions that are best for their family. Her
background and understanding of the details behind the walls of a home is often helpful for clients to
visualize small DIY projects, larger improvements or just getting her advice on paint colors. Kindness,
excellent communication and assertiveness are Jenn’s strengths that have given her clients the edge
against competition in this competitive market.
When not working with clients, you’ll find Jenn spending time with her family, probably working in the garden
or a home improvement project.

Erika began her journey in real estate as a transaction coordinator while pursuing her studies at
Orange Coast College. Over the past four years, she has honed her skills in transaction
coordination, gaining invaluable experience by joining agents on listing appointments, open
houses, and visual inspections. This hands-on approach has equipped her with a
comprehensive understanding of every facet of real estate transactions.
Her keen attention to detail and thorough knowledge ensure that clients receive a
well-organized and meticulous experience throughout the buying or selling process. Erika's
commitment to her work is evident not only in the quality of service she provides but also in the
strong relationships she builds with her clients.
Outside of her professional life, Erika finds joy in discovering new music and attending diverse
shows, reflecting her vibrant personality and love for the arts.
